FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS SHIPPING WITHIN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND CANADA NO MATTER THE AMOUNT. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME IS 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS VIA THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. (Orders shipping to Canada should arrive within 5-10 business days.)
Most orders ship the next business day. If an item is out of stock, we will email or call you with an expected shipping date. If an item is out of stock, it normally only takes 5-7 business days to get in however a few can take up to 2 weeks. If your shipment is delayed more than 14 business days, we will give you 20% off of your order and send you a 20% off coupon to use with your next purchase. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR ANY BACKORDERED ITEM UNTIL IT ACTUALLY SHIPS!
Please note that the estimated delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed though almost all orders are received within the estimated time frame.** If you are having your items shipped to an apartment or suite and you choose our free standard shipping option which includes delivery confirmation, we will not be held responsible for packages that show being delivered but you do not receive. Please choose one of the Fedex Options so that a signature is required.
***Orders shipping via UPS Overnight, 2 Day Service, or 3 Day Service will ship the NEXT business day just like all other orders. Please keep this in mind when using these paid shipping methods. And please note that Saturday and Sunday are not UPS business days. Also UPS does not deliver on holidays. UPS DOES NOT DELIVER TO POSTAL SERVICE PO BOXES.
Low price policy:
We are committed to having the lowest prices available on the web. Therefore, if you find the same exact item (including breast pumps) on someone else's website for less money (excluding clearance prices), we will meet that price and then take an additional 5% off of all items except for breast pumps. We will give an additional $5.00 off of price matched breast pumps.
Also, please take into consideration that we offer free shipping. If the price of our competitor's bra is lower but the shipping cost is not free, you will most likely be paying more after that is tacked on. We will match the price and the shipping cost in those cases.
Price matched items are NOT eligible for any coupon discounts.

Almost all items ordered* can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
All items must be returned clean, unwashed, undamaged, and in resellable condition. They must be folded neatly in the original bags or packaging and all tags must be attached. Do not send back items that are balled up or wrinkled, smelling of perfume or smoke or not in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny your refund or deduct a 20% restocking fee. (Please do not order several sizes in several different bras. Please call one of our sizing specialists for help before you order. The 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit when most or all of a large order is returned.)
To return, just send the item(s) to the address listed above with a note letting us know whether you are returning the item for credit or if you need to exchange it. If exchanging, please note the item being returned and the size and style number of the item you wish to have in exchange. The exchange will be shipped out to you at no charge. If returning for a refund, we will issue a credit to you credit card for the amount of the item(s) returned minus any shipping costs we incur in the process. We will issue the appropriate credit amount back to your credit card or issue a refund check if the credit card information is no longer available.
* Swimwear, Limited Edition styles, and Fashion styles can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit. For hygienic reasons, breast pumps, breast pump replacement parts, bottles, panties, pantyhose, girdles and breast pads can not be returned.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CLEARANCE ITEMS!! NO EXCEPTIONS
